I'm only now starting to show a couple of apartments for rent; if only this was still a year ago! However, the project got hung up waiting for contractors to start and, even now, the contractors are over booked and things are further delayed. (This has been a great period to be a building contractor)

The impact, so far, has been relatively localized to places which were especially bubbled or got especially nasty in recent years. I suggest you watch this for a better understanding of how regional this is, so far, and how it is likely to spread:
