Given the number of shootings in Chicago, I can't fault your logic, De. Sounds like your plan would generate a lot more revenue than the one these grifters came up with ... and best of all, they don't have to rely on businesses and productive citizens to stick around to be the cash cows. The gangbangers will be the taxpayers ... AND you won't need as many police officers because the gangbangers will naturally decrease their very own surplus population ... AND as the gangbangers kill each other off, there will be far fewer Chicagoans holding out their hands for reparations payments.

It's a Win/Win/Win.
