BREAKING: Montana becomes first state to ban TikTok
Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte on Wednesday signed a bill banning TikTok into law, making it illegal for app stores to give users the option to download the app.
The move is a first for any U.S. state, but it’s likely to face challenges in court, as some have argued the law restricts free speech.
