Thanks, Zim!

I actually looked up some exercises. Along with needing more stamina exercises I need more stretch and basic muscle building, and I think this can help, especially when travelling or without equipment.

I WAS doing a lot of hot (105 degree or higher) intense yoga until I ran into a bump in the road 7-8 years back.

The hot yoga was very difficult, especially at the beginning, because I had declined in health and flexibility too far. But, in time, most of my debilitating injuries and accumulated weaknesses began to dissolve and actually reverse. (E.g., I started with a medical condition known as "frozen shoulder", and had been unable to lift my arms much above horizontal ... for the prior ten years; eventually, over a few yars, with persistent effort in spite of the pain, I 99%+ reversed that.

Anyway, thanks for the helpful suggestion. I think those of us who are still here have work to do. To do that work, we need to tip the odds a little in our favor every way we can, every day we can!

How to Get a Full Body Workout With a Pair of Paper Plates

http://lifehacker.com/how-to-get-a-full-body-workout-with-a-pair-of-paper-pla-1843923503

Even if your gym is reopening, it’s still safest to stay home when you can, so we’re going to dedicate this month to DIY workout equipment. Today: the humble paper plate.

Paper plates make an excellent substitute for sliders. These are typically plastic circles that you put your hands or feet on top of, so that you can do exercises in which your feet (or hands) slide along the floor.

Shockingly, paper plates do this job better than store-bought sliders. A typical pair of sliders will have a hard plastic side that works on carpet, and a soft side that works (without scratching) on hardwood floors. Paper plates do both beautifully. In fact, on the wood floors in my house, the plates slide more smoothly than the sliders. And you don’t need a special type of plate; the cheapest, most basic paper plates work fine.

I did a DuckDuckGo search for 'paper plate exercises' - and the above was the first article. Zim.
