Ribs

I am glad that BOTH of you are State Farm insurance policy holders. Yes, I am sure that internally State Farm will manke short work of settling the claims. After all, you both are paying customers.

I was hit in rear by a state farm policyholder aome time ago. All I had on my hands from them and their so called field agent was grief and lack of cooperation.. I hate state farm with a passion. Can you tell my experience as the victim of a crash with a state farm insured has permanently left a bad impression of my views on them? lol!!! I guess they are okay if you are one of their customers and in your case, both of you are..

I had to finally get a lawyer involved to get them to do what they should have done immediately and because of that, I then went to thehospital to get checked out and my doctors office and did not settle with these turds for a couple years..

All theyhad to do was do right with me up front.

I do not know if things are any different today if you are not a State Farm insured and get hit by a person who is but I hope I never have to find out again.

Glad you are okay and the other guy too. Accidents happen. I do not believe they are intentional. Some may be from careless driving and distracted driving but not intentional..

Glad it apears it is all under control and that BOTH of you are with State Farm.

How bad is the truck????

...the other guy is fine. He was a huge black guy with tattoos all over and a beard but he was totally nice about the whole thing. We are both covered by State Farm and they are pretty good about settling these things.
