RUSH IS and WAS RIGHT about most things he warned about.
I miss him and I do not care much for Buck and Clay that much. They are no Rush Limbaugh. Rush had depth of knowledge of what he was talking about. I do not see that post Rush.
...Never happened before they say. Somehow I remember a time when they didn't and money was swapped around from this account or that one and all the soldiers and sailors and the rest got paid. Tax refunds went out and everybody got their govt check. Some non essential government employees were sent home (Why do we have non essential govt employees?) and later on got paid for the time they were off. It was a paid vacation. This was back in the age of Limbaugh is why I remember it and Limbaugh predicted it.
