Click on the actual link they provide of the actual study and go to the Abstract and Results and Conclusions:

â€œThe Bivalent Covid vaccine given to working-aged adults afforded modest protection OVERALL against Covid-19, while the virus strains dominant in the community where those presented in the vaccineâ€

The study actually said that if you had been infected you had more chances to be reinfected â€¦again. And the bivalent vaccine was INDEPENDENTLY associated with LOWER RISK of Covid-19.
