like you, I have refrained from unknown vaccines like the mrna (guess what is in it covid juice) stuff that has been foisted upon the unsuspecting public. Many have died and gotten sick from this garbage.. Seems the scare tctic worked on many..
I need to get a Hepatitis vaccine shot. If I ever get that stuff again it will likely kill me. This last time was pretty shaky.. The medical staff at the hospital had to revive me back to a state of consciousness after losing consciusness and falling onto the living room floor.
I woke up in a room at the hospital hooked up to numeros IV's and a team of medical personnel.
I don;t want to go thru that again so I will do what three doctors have told me and go get that vaccination injection.. For the reasons described above. They told me I cannot afford not to.. So, I may listen this time..
When I have a little more energy I will post my results of the trouble shooting and solving of a problem for that company.
I am one of two people in the U.S. with over 45 years of experience with powder coating applications and coatingof millions of metal parts and products I manufactured.
The other is the Sales Manager at the Powder MAnufacturing company I am personal friends with the owner of and he was my formulating chemist in 1981 for a european powder group called Evodex , the Evode group, which came to Birmingham Alabama a long time ago.
He is a brilliant chemist with a MAsters from Purdue University in chemical engineering and an MBA as well.
SO, I have expertise in powder coating, as well as manufacturing, plant design and layouts, Manuafacturing and Mechanical engineering.
In addition to those degrees, I also possess one in Bible Theology from Cincinnati Bible College. I have taken courses from Dallas Theological Seminary who has produced such great preachers like Tony Evans for example.
So, you now have a little background on the variious things I have done and enjoyed using that knowledge to solve problems as well as use in my own plants when needed.
Since I no longer have a manufacturing plant since I sold it, I enjoy solving problelms at other companies as well as talk to them about powder systems, powder chemistries, and check on their complete systems because if one stage is not good, the entire process is toast..
Shortcuts only get people in trouble and many are too cheap to spend what it takes to do things right and be successful.
Most times I find it is the simple things that companies overlook and those turn into bigger issues as time goes by.
Fortunately I caught this one early and it was a simple fix and solution for them. I put them on a schedule to check and monitor their equipment as well as the concentration levels of several chemical baths they use in a cleaning system..
A nice setup they have but it was not being overseen and carefully watched so things got intermixed cusing chemical reactions on the steels going thru them.
That in turn caused headaches for the powder finishes as the substrates condition always has an impact on the topcoat surface finishes.
Got to get back to the root causes creating those issues and it could be several different things.
SO, all is well in Cleveland once again and I am a tired old guy..
