Yes sir. They are but nonetheless, in the short period of time I have had them this kind of crap should not be happening.. Now I have to make a special trip about ten miles each way to go and have them looked at and see what the audiologist can do , including replacing the bad one..
I do not really like them anyway. Having somethig jammed up yer ear canal is unnatural and feels weird. Then ya has the main part stuck between yer ear and yer head.
