A worthwhile question to ask is: which side has most used terror tactics in the past? We have a number of data points and nearly all of them point strongly to Ukraine and/or "The US". One problem with fighting a "proxy war" is that the sponsor of the proxy can AND SHOULD be held 100% responsible. The US government isn't held responsible nearly enough -- which is probably why the US government increasingly leads terrorist attacks on its own citizens. (E.g, Jan6; the Covid "vaccines"; the 2016 "Russia, Russia" insurrection; etc.)

A day after Ukraine's much-heralded counter-offensive appears to have failed, almost before it had even begun, a major dam in the Russian-occupied region of Kherson is suddenly bombed, prompting mass evacuations as floods spread across the region.
As we detailed earlier, both sides accuse each other of the attack that puts tens of thousands of homes at risk and might even threaten the safety of Europe's largest nuclear power plant.
However, as Raul Ilargi Meijer writes, twice last year (here and here), Ukrainian officials discussed Kiev's plans to blow up the dam.(continued with links to evidence implicating Ukraine)
