All too true, Boss.
Though I suspect that, at least until recently, most investors had no idea just how 'evil' the board members were becoming.

Lately I have been studying the board of directors as I vote my proxies . . . And far too many of them have the stench of liveralism upon them. A couple of the 'letters to shareholders' looked to me to be bragging as to their 'Woke' bonifides.

Needless to say I voted against a whole LOT of the turds.

what this all boils down to in the simplest of terms, and Fiz knows this as do I being business owners, is that the company management seems to have taken its eyes off of what the duty of the management in charge is supposed to be: GROW THE COMPANY PROFITS

In the end, in the board rooms what counts is the bottom lines and how much money did the company make..

Pretty basic.. And yet that is the entire definition of a corporation. An ONGOING ENTITY that continues to grow.

Kinda hard to do that when ya pizz off a majority of the population you are hoping buys from your company...

Sorry that they did not get their way and the company's share prices took a huge nosedive as did its business.

If it does not cost those individuals anything substantial they will never learn the lesson and they will try it again..

I hope Target goes belly up..
