To the best of my knowledge, Tucker isn't being paid. How could he be competing with them?

...depends on the terms of his contract. It might not specify whether or not he can do his thing for free. Then again, the payment fox is making is huge so they might just be willing to roll the dice.

Re: “Fox News lawyers have reached out to Tucker Carlson notifying him that he breached his contract by launching his show on Twitter.”
Are they suing? Or is this just their way of telling Tucker that they are discontinuing his salary? It's my understanding that Fox News intended to keep Tucker silent through to November 2024 by paying him while keeping him off the air.

If their plan is to sue him for breach of contract, I think they're going to have to improve their argument. To the best of my knowledge, Tucker isn't being paid. How could he be competing with them?

But I haven't seen the contract and don't know what it might say.
