But I don't want her having to sell anything and wouold prefer to have steady income coming in every month.

I think one day soon we will have to go to the administration office herein the township to purchase our plots to be buried in. For local residents and citizens here they are ony $500 each...

I got a long way to go (to get things some things done) and a short time to get there.....
I am remodeling the second bathroom right now and installed a new floor and a new vanity and top, and redid the drainage plumbing. I still have to re-paint the room and then put down a new floor.
Then on to replacing the flooring in the rest of the house. A lot to get done..
