Micro: "Joe Biden" isn't unfit -- he is perfect as the front face of America at this time. He is a frontman for an organized crime syndicate which has already captured Washington D.C. and disdains both the country as a whole, and the American people cowardly and dumb enough to go along with the charade.
"Joe Biden" isn't the core problem, at all. He isn't a bad side effect. He is only a symptom of the problem.
What is actually unfit is the American people, and the US military, in particular. A fit US military wouldn't deploy one weapon to Ukraine until they had dealt, decisively, with Washington D.C.
