Little simple question for ya.
Do you know the origins of where the Arab people originated? I mean the very beginning..
Its not a trick question..
As for Jesus Christ, people have been placing him third, fifteenth, hundred and 35th, and 1000th on their lists of names they would surrender their allegiance to..
Jesus knew this when HE was here and actually spoke about it because HE knew what was in the minds and hearts of people. Yes, he knows our very thoughts and intents even from HIS throne.
I'll stick with the one who claimed that HE was VERY GOD and that HE would rise again in three days after they killed Him on a Roman Cross.
Well, on the third day the Tomb where HE was laid was empty, and there was a Roman Guard detachment placed out front gaurding the entrance and the stone that covered up the entrance weighed over ten tons.
Then, there are THOUSANDS of witnesses who SAW the Resurrected and Living Christ. So DEATH has no hold on the Son of GOD or on those who are HIS.
You can keep Mohammed. He wasn;t GOD, nor the Son of God
and HE did not give up HIS LIFE for all the people.
His Blood was not Holy and was not able to pay the penalty of everyone's sins either.
I'll stick with the THIRD PLACE Jesus Christ because HE alone is Deity and has given everyone HIS promise of eternal Life if all they will do is Come to HIM and ask HIS Forgiveness and for His Salvation..
Its everyone's choice. Christ is not forcing anyone to come to HIM. But He died for those very same people's SINS none the less. Theonly question is whether those people will ever come to HIM and be reconciled thru HIS forgiveness unto eternal life in that place HE went to prepare a place for all those who love HIM and belong to HIM.
Somehow I don't think old Mohammed was capable of any of this and did not come from GOD with a supernatural birth and neither did he rise from the dead or ascend into heaven witnessed by thousands of people. So it is no surprise to me.
Jesus Himself said that people hated Him without a cause.. Still that way today... He loves them anyway and is waiting forthem to come to HIM. He will not turn them away. They choose to walk away and consequently they choose what happens to them when their body dies and the Spirit lives on..
This reminds me of an old but true saying about non-believers and Christ.
When Jesus was born there was no room for him in a room inside the Inn. When it comes to seeking HIM and HIS free pardon of sin and salvation, there is no room in their hearts for HIM either..
I'll take Jesus.. Every day of eternity...
He's first place with me... He should be with ANYONE who wants to actually gain entrance into Heaven for eternity after they leave this mortal body.
So there is a VAST DIFFERENCE between these two names and where they came from and where they went to.
Did Mohammed ever raise ANYONE from the GRAVE after they were dead three whole days and bring them back to life?
I don;t believe so.. Yet Jesus did. He IS the GIVER and LORD of LIFE. Mohammed isn't.
He's a fake and phony.
That's my brief dissertation about the third place Christ. I'm surprised he wasn't dead last out of 100.
