No, Micro. NeoCons are FAKE "Conservatives" who believe in MASSIVE militaries and endless wars around the globe. They can never find a war they don't want someone else to go fight and die in.
They are further distinguished by being chicken $#!+s about ever going and taking bullet personally. So they are vast cowards and hyprocrites. People like Romney, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, John Bolton, etc.
They are actually liberals in disguise in that they like to expand government and deficit spending pretty much without limit...provided it is mostly for wars.
A lot of the more famous ones are heavily invested, financially, in wars. There is a lot of profit in bankrolling and promoting killings of people around the globe.
They are the truest enemies of freedom and of humanity And, as I said, they are cowards...with endless excuses about why they can't go and die personally...and help clean up the human gene pool.
NeoCons have heavily infested the Republican party. Some of them, I expect, are plants for the DeepState. Some of them are children who never grew up beyond playing war with little toy soliders.
