BREAKING: Supreme Court to decide whether those accused of domestic violence can own guns
The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to take up the issue of whether people accused of domestic violence can own firearms. The justices will hear a Biden administration appeal in defense of a federal law that bars those with domestic violence restraining orders from possessing guns. In doing so, they will examine how broadly to interpret their landmark ruling last year that recognized the right to bear arms outside the home.
