Of all the airports where I've made an international arrival, the most efficient in terms of getting you off the plane, through immigration, baggage and customs, out to the curb to catch your taxi/bus to the hotel, is Singapore by far. Granted, the new Hong Kong Airport was great compared to the old one, but Singapore is stil number one in my book.
Last time we came through, returning from Norway, our GOES cards did little to speed things up, it was all in the timing, i guess, too many arrivals to where the GOES lines were nearly as bad as the rest...
