Hi De!

Just returned from supporting the local economy again.

I had quadruple bypass surgery and these were arteries that feed blood to the aorta. So I am told. The frintal wall of the heart is damaged. It is now a GRAY color instead of red. I had basically the same surgical incision as you I believe. Cut right down the breastplate or sternum. Nicest cut line money can buy!!! Kinda ornamental... lol!!

The surgeon made a point of telling miz micro about my gray colored heart. It indicates damage to the wall muscle.

It still works but has been damaged. So I have a two tone colored heart muscle.. Latest style in heart colors these days ! loL!!!

So like you, just have to deal with it and leave it alone.
Big test coming tomorrorw as I am driving out to Evansville with the Tuscon SEL Plus instead of my Sonata Sport . The Tuscon is loaded with every available option on it that Hyundai had. Very soft and plush leather seats and interior. I like it a lot but it was purchased for Miz Micro who , like her sisters, just had to have an SUV so she could be higher off the ground.

Well, I bought this after she test drove it and said she liked it, and ever since we paid for it and drove it home, she has driven it maybe five times in 2 years..

Yep, ya can't make this stuff up.. So I am taking it to Evansville tomorrow so it gets driven and hopefully it saves my lower back and hip..

I have three appointments there over two days. Clients were anxious for me to get back out there so I am making my first trip there since last year before October.

Looking forward to seeing the folks again and what I can do for them.. Should be interesting.. I canuse my brain again.. That would be refreshing...

HAPPY Yard Saleing if y'all head out again.. It's lots of fun from what I understand.. Its not for me. I can't walk very well, it hurts me to walk, and I am not what anyone would describe as patient.. Miz micro will buy almost anything if she thinks something may remotely possibly could be used in some manner.

Anyway, I got to go now as I am prepping for this trip and reviewing past work done at these companies.

Catch ya later!

micro..

Re: “...and that really got my attention from my heart. It is so very sore.. And it did not like me stretching at all. Does yours do that?”
No, nothing like that, though I'm not shocked that certain motions hurt. My shoulders hurt for a very long time, and a full year later I hurt my back and reinitiated the pain that led to my being unable to sneeze for a few months after my surgery. My aches today are more ribcage related. My heart usually feels fine - but, as a doctor once told me, I didn't truly have HEART surgery. I had valve surgery. To me, it's the same. I mean, a cracked ribcage, an opened pericardium and a stopped heart. But I guess the valve isn't the part that pumps so it's not really the heart.

I don't know what they had to do with you or where they had to cut, but that's probably the reason.

What I do have, of late, is arrhythmia. That's what I think it is, anyway. The first time it happened that I know of was during the angiogram in 2019. I never felt a thing but it continued for about 7 hours and they had me stay the night. Now, though, I feel something like a vibration in my torso that doesn't stop on its own. I found, though, that if I push my fist into my gut the thing stops in about ten seconds. I think I'm altering my blood pressure and ending the arrhythmia (if that's what it is.) I can't say for sure that it's the heart, but what else could it be?

I read last night that an electrolyte imbalance can cause arrhythmia, so that's where my suspicion lies.

Gotta run. I have some things to do, then an MRI at the hospital around noon. They want to look at my pituitary gland to see if there's anything visibly wrong that might cause the diabetes insipidus. I *do* believe that the pituitary is the problem (as opposed to my kidneys) but I don't know that there's anything to see.
