Re: “Anyway, I will be testing the waters so to speak and see how it goes.”
Remember that with CHF, your heart needs to rest. That will be hard for you, but it's important. When I was a kid, one of my neighbors, a guy in his 30s, had it. He'd been active... loved his catamaran... but suddenly was spending all his time sitting on his porch. This must have gone on for a year. Then, one day, he was gone. I found out from another neighbor that he'd gone on a backpacking trip, one that was supposed to be EASY. But he overdid it and that was the end of him.

Congestive Heart Failure isn't like jogging around the block where, if you're tired, you might just have to rest for a few minutes. CHF is quite the opposite. Exercise doesn't make the heart stronger and can actually hurt it. One of the few treatments I've read about, the insertion of a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) works by taking some of the strain off the heart and letting it heal. Resting might be what you most need.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

This should be an interesting drive after noon today..

The interstate between here and there is far different than between here and Cleveland. Going thru Kentucky to Louisville is nothing but hills and sweeping curves around those inclines. Indiana near Louisville for the first 30 plus miles is not any different.

I am taking our SUV (Tuscon SEL Plus fully loaded with every option available), on this trip instead of my Sonata Sport. I think it may be a more comfortable ride on my backside and lower back. At least that is my hope..

I am ate up with arthritis in all my joints as you know so its an ongoing old age battle.

Anyway, I will be testing the waters so to speak and see how it goes. What I am really wondering is how much longer do I want to do this? I enjoy being of help to people and sharing knowledge it took me a lifetime to accumulate that one does not read in textbooks. Some things simply have to be experienced and then remembered..

But I do oit for the people I get to meet and make new friends with. Like Billy and Jeremy out there.. Billy is a brother in arms and a super nice person whom I helped get his company off and running after he got it started.. we have been friends from the beginning.. Jeremy I met a few years ago. He works for and is divion manager for a large company about 30 miles west of where of Billy is at. Right next to the Illinois border..

So I am looking forward to spending time with both of these guys and my newest account out there as well.

A test of stamina if you will. This drive is unlike going to Columbus or Cleveland where the interstate is basically flat and straight..

There aren't many flat or straight stretches on this drive. I'll be listening some cd's I have that are theological and still talking to other clients on way down there.

Leaving sometime after noon, maybe around 2:00 p.m.
