3 dead in Pennsylvania flash floods and 4 missing, including an infant
Flash floods in Bucks County, Pennsylvania killed three people on Saturday, and authorities are searching for four others who remain unaccounted for, including a 9-month-old child.
Eleven vehicles were trapped, Upper Makefield Fire Chief Tim Brewer said Sunday, and 10 people were rescued from their cars and the creek. He said his teams were treating this as a rescue mission but was "fairly certain" is it now a recovery situation.
