The DOJ and Jack Smith have submitted a procedure to the court stating that all of Trump’s defense materials are to be prepared inside a gov approved(controlled?)SCIF,on a government provided word processing computer. All defense related discussions by lawyers and team are to be conducted inside the SCIF. All defense materials written,recorded ect are to be submitted to the DOJ for review prior to being introduced to the court. The government claims this is to prevent any classified to be leaked to the public.
In other words. Trump’s defense must be approved by the government prior to the trial. . This is a Soviet style show trial.
