Yea, we also have a wedding coming-up in Michigan next month where we're going to be flying there and back. We had our last booster in September and our doctor says we should no wait for the new fall booster, but get another does of the current one before we leave on our trip.

Were going to hold out for that next coming this fall, but with the wedding coming along, went for the current booster...

No plane rides for us for quite a while, pre-covid, but inlaws, were nailed even with current boosters on return trips from Hawaii, Mexico, masked, etc... Nasty bug!

One mistake, by someone, and here we are, dealing with Paxlovid's side effects... I've had worse colds, bronchitis, pneumonia over the years, but not at this age, making it a bit concerning.. Octogenarian survival!! So far as we know everyone else at the wedding is OK...
