Hunter Biden business partner Kenes Rakishev who met with Biden allegedly supplied armored vehicles to Putin-backed forces that were used in the invasion of Ukraine.

According to leaked emails belonging to Rakishev, who can be seen below having a meeting with VP Joe Biden, armored vehicles were supplied to Chechen troops and used during the Ukraine invasion.

A report created by Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery (KIAR), details how Rakishev is an owner of Kazakhstan Paramount Engineering (KPE), which makes Arlan mine-resistant armored platform vehicles.

The vehicles were spotted in Mariupol in April of 2022.

Rakishev is the same business partner who gave Hunter Biden $142,300 to purchase a Porsche in 2014 and also used Hunter to invest millions of dollars in the United States.
