It's 9:05 a.m. and in about 25 minutes I need to head off to my meeting with new client about 20 minutes away from the hotel.
I have not figured out why hotels put these these really heavy blankets on a bed that weigh a lot. I just throw them on the floor because they are waaaaaaay too heavy.
Whatever happened to a nice fairly light bed spread? Perfect weight especially for the dead of summer.
I had scrambled eggs , a cup of coffee, and orange juice for breakfast in the dining room. It was good.
Right now I am just passing time as I am prepped and ready to go meet these new people. I spent a couple hours with a client yesterday afternoon who was having difficulties with his new equipment. He simply did not understand some nuances and mechanics that needed to be applied before using so he was fighting and struggling and frustrated.
I reset his settings and walked him through the processes one step at a time and made a couple recommendations for additional parts to purchase which will make things easier and more controllable for him..
This is a new start up about a year old now and he had zero experience. So it's going to be a learning curve for awhile.
Not sure what I will walk into this morning but there are going to be four upper management people I am seeing and
suppose I will find soon enough after I get there.
I was recommended to them by another client I have in the area so word of mouth recommendations are always encouraging.
So, wish me luck as I am getting ready to head out and discover what is on their minds.. lol!!!!!
