Fulton County Commissioner Natalie Hall has been accused of having sex with a former colleague in her office and placing tracking devices in his vehicles to stalk him. The colleague alleges that he was wrongfully terminated after their sexual relations ended. WSB-TV
A county commissioner in Georgia was publicly denounced after she was accused of having sex with a colleague in her office and allegedly placed tracking devices in the colleagues' vehicles to spy on him.
The trial of Fulton County Commissioner Natalie Hall began last week, in which her former chief of staff, Calvin Brock, accused her of initiating a sexual relationship with him and then firing him once it had ended.
As reported by WSB-TV, Brock told the court that he began working for Hall in 2018 as her community outreach manager. Brock said that after the sexual advances and the relationship began, he went from making $60,000 to $125,000 and was promoted to her chief of staff.

“She straddled me and got on top of me,” Brock told the court, claiming that Hall would often have sex with him on the couch in her office. He said he went along with Hall’s advances because he feared losing his job.

Meanwhile, Hall’s attorneys claim that the relationship was consensual, getting Brock to admit that sometimes he initiated kissing and touching Hall.
Hall eventually fired Brock for unprofessional behavior, but Brock claimed she fired him out of jealousy. Brock testified that he found three tracking devices in his truck and car, claiming that Hall was using them to spy on and stalk him.
A series of text messages shown to the court show Hall initially denying that the devices were hers, but she later owned up to it and promised not to do it again.
In response to all these allegations, Hall’s fellow commissioners voted to publicly denounce her at their meeting on Wednesday. Some of the commissioners wanted to punish or even fire Hall, however, they did not have the power to do so, as reported by WSB-TV.
“She has to take what comes with the consequences of her actions. And I’m not proud of that but what I am proud of is that this body stood up and said we have to restore the credibility and trust of tax-paying Fulton County citizens,” Commissioner Khadijah Abdur-Rahman said at the meeting.
The 5-1 vote to censure Hall was to essentially let voters know where they stood on the issue, and in this case, the majority of them did not support Hall’s alleged actions.
