I like 'Bama vs. Texas and Colorado vs. Nebraska .

The in state game between the Iowan's will simply be entertainment Nebraska has a new coach in the Bearcats former head coach, Luke Fickel. (yet another Bearcat head coach who had great success here moving on)

I expect Colorado and Coach Prime to win this game.. They should be plenty motivated and lets face it, Prime has plenty of personal experience playing football at HIGH levels throughout his career. Most college coaches do not.. So his players pay attention when he speaks and instructs..

I am rooting for him..

Of course, the following is all dependent upon both teams showing up, but ... the games that have the best potential for being worthwhile to watch - even if you happen to despise one or both of the teams - are as follows, IMHO:

* Colorado v. Nebraska (12 pm EST on Fox)
* NC State v. Notre Dame (12 pm EST on ABC)
* Iowa State v. Iowa (3:30 pm EST on Fox)
* Tulane v. Ole Miss (3:30 pm EST on ESPN2)
* UTSA v. Texas State (3:30 pm EST on ESPN+)
* Oklahoma v. SMU (6 pm EST on ESPN+)
* Alabama v. Texas (7 pm EST on ESPN)
* Texas Tech v. Oregon (7 pm EST on Fox)
* Mississippi State v. Arizona (7:30 pm on SEC Network)
* USC v. Stanford (10:30 pm on Fox)

Most of the rest of 'em look like they will be really one-sided, but that's about par for the course this early in the season.
