De,
Near as I can tell Nadal has had this particular disease since 2005 . . .

In 2005, Nadal was diagnosed with Mueller Weiss syndrome - a rare condition that causes severe arch pain on the inside of your mid- and hindfoot.

Or does he have something else I didn't see?
(Which would not be surprising being that the 'powers that be' have hidden and censored all sorts of 'bad news' concerning the covid vaccines.)

In January, 2022, clo posted a smug comment by Nadal about Djokovic:

"I think if he wanted, he would be playing here in Australia without a problem,” said Nadal. “He made his own decisions, and everybody is free to take their own decisions, but then there are some consequences."
To which I responded:
It will be a few years before the vaccinated stop feeling so smug about THEIR decision. Is it worth it to a young person to get vaccinated and have a few months of not worrying about Covid-19 at the cost of, perhaps, 30 years of life? I guess, for some, that it must be.
Nadal ain't dead, but who'd have believed that a mere twenty-one months after his swipe at Djokovic that Nadal's career would be OVER? He's got an autoimmune disease and will never win another major tournament. The disease hasn't killed him . . . not yet, anyway. And I hope it never does. He doesn't deserve that. But, what a terrible price he's having to pay for trusting corrupt authorities over his own intelligence and common sense.
