Ironically, I used to have it - inside my heart which is probably the place that matters most, though nobody knew. When they replaced the clogged valve, my B.P. dropped from a very regular 80 / 120 to something more like 65 / 110. That'd be pretty good, but it also caused my pulse to drop to about 60 bpm, which is what athletes are supposed to have.

I'm not in particularly bad shape, but I sure as heck ain't an athlete!
