Thanks Beldin! I wrote that down so I do not forget. I am hoping to get there. Miz micro will not fly and get groped by TSA criminals who did not want to look at her official medical I.D. indicating she has an artifical knee with metal in it. If I would not not have gone to prison I would have beat that agent to within an inch of his life.
Because of that experience flying is about over for us.
So driving is how we must go which means going half way and spending a night somewhere in between.
I don't mind but she really ain't much of a traveler
and is always helping me to drive and see things.
I do want to get there though and yes indeed, the isle of Palms would be a must see while there as well.
Great restaurants are worth their cost because of the experience, the atmosphere, and the food. Its not like we eat there every week. So I don't mind on special occasions to spend extra for that experience. After all,
we came into this world with nothing and we will depart it in exactly the same way.. My children are all very well off financially so they are not needing my inheritance for anything though my estate will certainly go to them and the grandchildren to maybe pay off their student loans.
I gave my grandson a few thousand dollars the other week because he had an unexpected large expense with his tuition due to his resigning the scholarship he had for playing football. He made a good decision imo and I was not going to let him suffer financially for it.. It's what grandparents do... lol!!! Glad to help him and all my grandkids if they need it..
Now back to watching futzball!
