We have an admission that the Democrat controlled NEA and their cohorts have pretty much killed off exceptionalism for Teachers. It's more important to belong to a Union than to be able to teach exceptionally well.
I have TWO advanced Teachers in High Schools, One who is the Head of the Sciences Division. The other is a computer instructor who also teaches other things such as the latest technologies such a 3D printing and has a printer for the students.
Me thinks that someone doesn't have a clue what they are dribbling about and I wonder if he kept the Cracker Jack box where his so called degree came out of..

If you had any reading comprehension at all, you would know that is exactly what I said in my previous post. The American education system was bad already and is still bad - because the government and the teacher unions are focused on their political agendas that emphasize victimization instead of learning. And, the forced shutdowns for Covid-19 most definitely put students even that much more behind in their studies.
Yeah, De has already explained why your claim of "rarity" for your Masters degree is laughable.
Your original post spoke to understanding education. My family history inside higher education gives me insight that you do not have and my personal educational levels are just as advanced as yours. You freely admit you don't have any answers to the problems within our educational system, but then you absurdly pontificate "but, I know EDUCATION" - simply because you have a Masters degree. BWHA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! You're a pathetic joke. Your only answer is to do "what Biden wants" ... to blindly follow a serial liar and dementia patient.
