Yes, it was a classic case of bribery.
* Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings, Ltd. pays Hunter Biden millions to be on its board so that Burisma has access to the "Biden Brand"
* Burisma feels threatened because a Ukrainian prosecutor is investigating it shady business dealings
* Burisma calls in a favor with its well-paid board member, Hunter Biden, and voilĂ ... all of a sudden, the Vice President of the United States - one Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr - father of Hunter Biden - springs into action and threatens to withhold $1 billion in aid to Ukraine (that's money belonging to American taxpayers, folks!) unless the Ukrainian government fires the prosecutor who is investigating Burisma
* Joe Biden, as he is often want to do, STUPIDLY and PUBLICLY brags about using his position as VPOTUS and American taxpayer money to blackmail the Ukrainian government into letting the company that is lining his son's cocaine-encrusted pockets with millions in payola off the hook for its alleged criminal activities
Yes, that is straight up bribery, of which Joe Biden is very guilty.
