they were ALL scumbuckets. I despise Carter because he cost me a fortune and forced me to make decisions because of the skyrocketed mortgage interest rates that occurred on His WATCH when I was trying to relocate. 21 percent..
I do not disagree that others you included were not good including LBJ, but Carter affected my life and career and others who lived through his reign of lunacy..
He shoulda stuck with growing goober peas.
That much he could handle.. Had no business and fewer brains to take an office like the Presidency of the entire country.. He had a hard time trying to raise peanuts. He shoulda stuck with it.. JMO....
Hmmm ... my pecking order is a little different, micro. As a country, we've historically suffered through some truly BAD presidents ... Wilson (racist, socialist), Harding (corrupt), Buchanan (pro-slavery), LBJ (racist, socialist, corrupt), etc. ... but, these are the worst of the worst, in my opinion.

#1 - Joe Biden (racist, fascist, corrupt, congenital liar and fantasist, moron)
#2 - Barry Soetoro (racist, fascist, corrupt, congenital liar, lazy good-for-nothing)
#3 - Jimmy Carter (well-meaning, but naive and stupid)
I might even be persuaded to slip LBJ into the #3 slot and push Jimmy Carter down one.
