However, this dipsh!t from New York desperately needs to be expelled for one of two reasons: (1) he intentionally pulled a fire alarm when there was no fire (which is usually a misdemeanor crime unless someone gets hurt in any resulting panic) simply to disrupt a vote that was about to take place in the Capitol, or (2) he truly is so stupid that he doesn't even know what a fire alarm is (his go-to excuse, at the moment), which means he is way too mentally challenged to be voting on national matters. Either way, Jamaal Bowman needs to be removed from office. I realize a whole lot of New Yorkers are brain-dead, but hopefully they can find SOMEONE from NY's 16th District that has an IQ above 60.

Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York may be soon expelled from Congress after he pulled a fire alarm to allegedly delay a critical vote on a government funding bill.
Emergency services responded to the alarm as the building was evacuated.
Surveillance video shows Bowman tampering with the fire alarm and nearby warning signs.

Bowman has denied the allegations by claiming he was confused.
Expulsion is the most serious form of disciplinary action available to the House for its own members.
Only five members have been expelled from the House in history.
Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) authored the resolution to remove Bowman.
