hopefully this year the Horns will be able to demonstrate how true or not that is. Texas finally has become a national power to be reckoned with.. Iffen they hold their record intact the rest of the year and make it to the playoffs we will see how they compete with the big dogs..
I expect Michigan to beat Ohio State this year again unless the Bucks improve a whole lot more on the lines on both sides of the ball. THAT is where Georgia's real strength is. Kirby understood that and recruited monster O linemen to opn running lanes and protect the QB so he had time to throw to receivers and allow them to get open.
I am not sure how Texas' O line stacks up with Georgia's I do not believe Ohio State's is there yet. Michigan may be.. Its gonna be a fun season of college Ball for sure.. Good to see the return of Texas again..
I used to enjoy watching them play Arkansas for years around the Holiday season as a youngster. Fond memories.

DID I ever tell you guys my brother in law was the placekicker at Ohio State in 1975 and 1976? Woody recruited him from High School where he and I both went.
He was t he first soccer style placekicker ever at Ohio State because till then Woody did not think they were accurate enough.. Distant memories!
