here in Ohio and vast majority of home owner insurance companies, iffen yer dog bites three times it is a third strike and the animal is put down..

My brother in law had an Akita that did justthat. Nipped some people it did not know. Did not matter.

I don't understand how that freaking mongrel bites all these people and the owner gets away with it..
