Welp,
the BIG TEN or 12 or 14 (whatever) has 3 of the top 5 ranked teams and 4 of the top 6 . That's 67 % for you Georgia boys who need a little help with math.. LOL!!!!
(jes teasing y'all)
Georgia remains, and rightfully so, the top ranked team in the country until proven otherwise. The Big Ten will beat each other up playing each other in regular season between Michigan, Penn State, and of course Ohio State.
I am not real sure who else in the SEC beside Georgia is a national top ten power. The Big Ten grows stronger next year when Oregon and Washington Join the conference and USC and UCLA. With those additions imo the Big Ten has as good and strong a conference as the SEC with their adding Oklahoma and Texas.
Anyway, I thought the rankings were kind of interesting and mean absolutely nothing. The game is played on the field and not by writers casting votes for their favorite teams. After the conference changes happen it should be more interesting and more difficult in the Big Ten to win a conference championship and then compete for a national title.
Georgia is still rightfully the odds on front-runner until proven otherwise on the field of play.
It is going to be an interesting and entertaining season from here on out imo..
Best of luck to all teams who are vying for a top spot...
