Look ... I would lay siege to Gaza for 3 or 4 weeks. Allow women and children to exit through tightly controlled choke points, strip search them, and inter them in camps for the time being. Don't allow anything - food, water, medical supplies, or ANYTHING - to cross into Gaza. Shell and bomb everything above ground to rubble. Use any information you have or subsequently get about the location of tunnels to direct the placement of bunker-buster bombs and use them to entomb the vermin. After 3 or 4 weeks, move in over open ground to set up blocking positions at the edge of the rubble, and then from the opposite side move in with armor and Zim's bulldozers and push them against the blocking positions - anvil and hammer.
