Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

she already does that...

But its okay. I generally handle all the outdoor stuff and all the house maintenance. My newest project is to build new shutters for the front and sides of the house.

Maybe next spring. I can put my woodworking equipment to good use and I enjoy using it. Its the painting I don't like. Actually, its the paint cleanup I don't like.

To compensate I have got into the habit of just throwing things away like Roller covers and the disposable paint roller trays. I am down to cleaning the brushes only.

That said, she thinks for some reason I always need to be doing something. Whether its working for a client or doing something around our house.

One thing that has changed is my energy level running out in early afternoon and requiring a nap..
I now even do that traveling home from a distance if it is in mid afternoon. I pull into a rest area and lock up the SUV and recline the seats and take a nap..

I suppose its part of getting older but it really only showed up after the heart attack and open heart surgery followed by the Hapatitis E early this year which lasted into mid- spring.

Hopefully I can get enough energy back by taking supplements that will get me back to normal again..

I still get excited when I solve problems though.. And see how happy the client is when he back up and operating again.

I do need to decide maybe about cutting back. I can still be useful but not travel as much.. I like that idea better rather than quitting.
