Governor Hair Gel wants a Constitutional amendment. We already have one, you nitwit - it's the Second Amendment - and it says We the People have the inalienable right to own, possess, and carry Arms (everything from flintlocks to modern, military-grade weapons). It's there in the U.S. Constitution specifically to facilitate our ability as citizens to help repel foreign enemies and remove domestic enemies who seek to become our oppressors by subverting the U.S. Constitution.
