Alternative Suggestions to List Of Places That Women Won't Go to On A First Date Are Hilarious

A list of places that women allegedly won't go to on a first date is making the rounds on Twitter/X tonight.

Take a gander:

Now, not everything on the list is a restaurant, and admittedly some of them would make for a less-than-stellar first date experience regardless of whether you're a man or a woman. Church, the gym, and family functions are all great things to do as a couple, but not as two people trying to get to know each other.

Now that that's out of the way, can someone please explain just what exactly the heck is wrong with going to The Cheesecake Factory? The Cheesecake Factory is awesome. Or on a coffee date? Or even bowling, though that is a bit loud.

Not to worry, though, plenty of folks had suggestions for a night out that wasn't specifically banned on the list:

Dr. Eoin Lenihan (@EoinLenihan) ~ Nice. Loitering in a McDonalds parking lot with a hip flask of Hennessy is still an acceptable 1st date. Works like a charm every time.

Okay, we're going to go out on a limb here and suggest that Hooters is probably not the best idea for a first date if you actually want a second one. But swap that Hennessy for a six-pack of Coors Light and the McDonald's parking lot doesn't sound too bad, actually. Chuck E. Cheese is always fun. We're on the fence about the moon, though.
