I do enjoy my riding toy and in very fact used it yesterday mulching leaves in my back yard. There are two maple trees in the back that are dropping leaves like crazy. I am not into raking or composting so I just shred them into fine bits and let them decay over the winter and provide good nutrients for the grass.
I assume your enjoyment like mine comes from the fact that arthritis and age has limited us physically.
I am a long way from the high school thru early forties body strength and athletic body..
Time and arthritis have seen to that. I often wonder how much being in Nam contributed to any of this arthritis but my father had it and mother had it very badly.
I have Osteo arthirtis. It destroyed my right hip and is at work on my lower vertebrae.
So we do what we can and fight thru some unpleasant strains and aches. Thankfully my grandson who is a very caring and mild mannered youngster always comes over and helps us around the yard or anything else we may need.
That ATV of De's looks like on his property could be a lot of fun... I am glad he and Miz De are enjoying life up there in that beautiful scenery they have...
