I appreciate the humor about the black flashlight, De, but these Democrat dipsh!ts actually put that in their ridiculous law. In order to actually procure and possess a true grenade launcher, one has to obtain a Type 2 or Type 10 Federal Firearms License (FFL) from the ATF. This license would allow the individual to manufacture and deal in destructive devices, including grenade launchers. Such license holders would be WELL-known to federal authorities. They simply put that bullsh!t in there to make their meaningless "assault weapon" designation seem more scary to ignorant clods like the Pffffarters.
