I have a Stoeger .22LR Luger that I bought back in the early seventies. Early on, it would fire off the 10-round clip in a few seconds without missing a beat. Now, it stove-pipes all the time, even when I use high-velocity rounds. Luger toggle mechanisms are always finicky to some degree, but I haven't fired it in ages because I get irritated with all the jams. I've read that polishing the chamber will help, but it hasn't been high on my priority list.
