Scientists FOUND some pieces of Lumber on Mt. Arrarat that are extremely ancient and appear to be from the Ark.

We have a wonderful factual museum here in my area.

It is called The Creation Museum and it is filled with FACTS that substantiate much of what we read. It also has a to scale ARK that you can sight see inside and see how it was constructed and housed all the animals and their feed.

I have spoken with personally the Creation Museum's director and owner form Answers in Genesis organization which has substantiated scientifically an awful lot of what you find there.

So, seeing is believing, but remnants of the real Ark have been found on the slopes of Arrarat. That is not fiction.. It's very real..

Just thought you may be interested sometime in seeing the actual ARK built to scale and look at ANSWERS to all the folks who want more than just scriptures. They have facts and carbon dating.. And yes, dinosaurs roamed the earth as well.

So some interesting things for people to actually see and go inside. That ARK was built using the exact specifications found in Genesis true to size.

Also, several aquatic scientists have tested models of the ARK in Huge tanks with water and large swells and found it to be more than capable to float on the waters that were flood waters and be sea and ocean worthy.

Just a few things you may or may not be aware of...

Iffen ya come on down to see the Ark let me know.. There is a great Holiday Inn (Holidrome) and a Hampton Inn and a Fairfield Inn about half a mile from my house..

Re: “You like would not agree with this scripture either. ... You simply are being truthful and skeptical. Not unusual.”
Au contraire. There is nothing in the excerpt you posted that is factually FALSE. The story of Noah and the Great Flood, on the other hand, is obvious folklore. It's wrong. It never happened. If it had happened, there would not only be undeniable evidence, there would BE some evidence... which there isn't.

When I was a child, a woman in my neighborhood told me that man had not ever traveled to the moon. "If he had," she said, "the astronauts would have been blinded. For the Bible says, 'God made two great lights—the greater light (the sun) to rule the day, and the lesser light (the moon) to rule the night'. If Neil Armstrong had walked on the moon, he would have gone blind."

I didn't argue with her. I was only ten, after all, and respected my elders. But I knew she was preaching medieval nonsense.

Not EVERYTHING in the Bible is literally true, micro. Some of it is allegorical. God didn't put two lights in the sky. He put ONE light in the sky, and one reflecting piece of rock. Not two lights.

And he didn't flood the Earth, allowing a population of mammals to survive it despite the fact that their genetic diversity wouldn't come close to what would be necessary for specieal viability. So the "pair" of animals brought aboard an ark might survive, but the species would be dogmeat.

Noah is a good story. It teaches us something valuable about faith, loyalty and decency. But it's only a story and there wasn't a Great Flood any more than there are two lights in our sky.
