Did y'all notice how prices at stores just keep going up?

I am seeing a number of businesses, like Home Depot’s latest report where they miss the revenue estimates but beat the earnings estimates. In my mind, this means they are raising prices, not due to increased costs, as they claim, but just to have higher profits.

People have gotten used to rising prices and are just paying them. I keep hearing that businesses are increasing profits by increasing prices, not volume. This is what inflation brings us with no relief in sight.

The local grocers as well as other stores. I have five major grocery stores within a mile of my house and ALL of them just keep going up and up. Biden's economy...

The Dementia patient impersonating a real President has been the worst President in American history including Jimmy Carter who brought us extremely high inflation and mortgage rates. Otherwise he was a decent peanut farmer and person but not qualified to be a President. He shoulda stuck to growing goober peas..

So we brought this horde of grocery items home to prepare for next week's Feast and a Day of Thanksgiving to our God.

Of course miz micro and myself are doing all the work for 20 people to come and dine together.

I would like one year to simply be a guest somewhere else and relax. Miz micro will do this all but she will be worn out and a GRUMP for several days.. I stay at least 20 feet away from her for a few days.. She barely likes me now so when she is wore out and tired it gets a little sketchy.... lol !!!!1

I am sure Ribs is familiar with this as maybe some others are. I am getting a small mini vacation going up to Cleveland a couple days starting tomorrow.

My dog will miss me ... Hopefully it will be a great enjoyable drive up and some productive meetings..
