These verses are the foundations of the WORDS of GOD that HE wanted His creation mankind, to have and to live by..
We can KNOW God's WILL because we have GOD'S Words on all kinds of subjects..
So This is a beginning point for understanding GOD'S WORDS, ALL of them, as they were given to us thru Holy Men whom God USED for the benefit of all of mankind.
MOSES and Abraham would be TWO that everyone should get real familiar with.
Through Abraham all of the Nations of t he earth CAN and shall be blessed. It was Abraham's pure faith and trust in HIM that God rewarded him as the Patriarch of Faith.
He was not just given to the Jews. He is the foundation and beginning of FAITH..
So, I wanted to share some foundational verses that not many people ever have pointed out to them..
In these scriptures we learned that God's WORDS are PURE, Holy.. They were given by the Holy Spirit of God to Holy men who were dedicated completely by their FAITH in HIM,
and they uttered what they were shown by the Holy Spirit.
Those words were recorded by scribes. Of course, Moses wrote the first five books of Scripture, one of which you are wondering about... The Pentateuch it is known as..
When a person who has really surrendered their heart, mind, and soul to Christ wraps their heads and hearts around the scriptures in Psalms 12, verses 6 and 7, they realize how very important and the value that GOD HIMSELF places upon HIS Words that He has shared with His creation.. WE are literally made after HIS Image or appearance and we are FOURTH in the heirarchy of beings:
1. GOD the Father and Christ the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Three in one person... The Trinity of the Godhead...
2 After GOD comes the ArchAngels
3. Lucifer or Satan. He is the GOD of Planet Earth and very powerful.. Even the Archangels dare not rail against Him for his power. Only GOD is more powerful..
LAstly comes man. The only weapon that MAN has that can stand up and overcome satanic beings is the WORD of GOD. Satan tempted Christ and what did Christ use as a defense? He quoted GOD'S Word from Scripture. And then Lucifer left Him..
So this would be just basic beginning things that must be addressed before any other discussion can have any credence. IF people do not acknowledge the God Breathed , spoken, Inspired, words we call the Bible as a composite, Books as individually given, there is little room for discussion..
Thisis why in scripture we read so often these words:
FOR BY FAITH...
For By FAith....
For By Faith.
Then we read that "without Faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please HIM". So FAITH, not head knowledge but absolute faith and trust of a little child who believes mommy and daddy will never let them fall or get hurt and will always provide for them, is the pre-requisite and cornerstone upon which the Holy Spirit can guide us unto all wisdom and understanding of those precious words that were preserved.
So, this is a beginning point that must first be understood because the question you pose is really based
on what do we believe as believers and what GOD said about keeping HIS words, purified in a furnace of fire seven times and they shall be KEPT for ETERNITY..
