That said and my opinion only, the ones you have illustrated would not be any to fear as they can barely hold the axe much less wield it in any kind of deadly manner against a real live person.. Unless they are tied up and can't move. NONE of those appear to have the strength needed to use it with force as a deadly weapon..

I'll take the person with a concealed semi -auto pistol with a 15 round magazine . Heck, even a six shotrevolver would be sufficient..

BUT,

beware of crazy wimmens wif red hair....
