couldn't we just behead them like they had done to this teacher? It would save an awful lot of time and money and the punks who caused this could feel what it is like to be stabbed and beheaded..
IMO, until that starts happening nothing is going to ever change. The consequences are minimal. WHEN a person planning a crime knows that whatever they do can happento them when in custody they would rthink twice about it.
Like these dips*** teens who took the life of a teacher and thought noting of it at the time..
It's only important after the crime was committed AND they have been caught and facing serious consequences hopefully..
