Thanks Zim!

So all we need to do is get the Political class interested in lowering Energy costs and because it is nuclear power we do not have carbon emissions that get washed at non-atomic plant so fail to see that problem, but nuclear is the clear path forward for plenty of electrical power that would reduce emissions.

Why is this NOT being done across the western states and the NUT STATE on the west coast who are always short of electrical energy?

The answer to that question is 'Yes'.

Yucca Mountain. Then, once the spent rods are in there, build a nuclear fuel rod reprocessing plant also inside Yucca Mountain.

Given the technology for turning non-fissionable uranium into fissionable plutonium we should be set for the next several hundreds of years.

By which time, hopefully, fusion will be on line.

Zim.
